All of our rooms are private. Each room is equipped with necessary amenities like a bed, dresser, and nightstand. However the furniture can be removed if need be.

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. While photos can give you a glimpse of our home, an in-person tour is the best way to experience the environment and see if Azalea Homes is the right fit for you or your loved one.

We serve adults who may have:

• Mental health diagnoses
   
• Functional disabilities
   
• Chronic or complex medical conditions
   
• Mobility limitations

• We accept residents on CADI, BI, & EW waivers, as well as private pay

  We provide 24-hour customized living services:

• Medication administration 

•  diabetic management (including sliding scale)
   
• Wound care and chronic condition monitoring
   
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting

• Incontinence and catheter care
   
• Meal preparation and dietary management
   
• Mental health support and companionship
   
• Transportation coordination for appointments

• Appointment scheduling with escorts to and from appoinments
   
• On-site visits from medical professionals
